Erica joined the TEAL office in April 2022 as an Administrative Support Associate. Her responsibilities include initial contact with students, records management, and application processing for professional educator licensure.
She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and various charities that support military members and their families. Erica is also a passionate member of Steeler Nation.
